Pretty colors, nice background, and the upward glance is cute. I would smooth the background in the lower left corner a bit and did you clone the end of the perch? It looks a bit unnatural. An image worthy of a bit more tweaking.

This probably doesn't comply with the often discussed best head angle.....but BAH !!!....the angle of sight on this image is extra good
