Neat catch this guy has, and apart from the tan spot at left the BG is very nice. The backlighting has cause the subject to be a bit dim and slightly shaded, and for that reason a bit of fill-flash may have been good here. Not a big fan of the added vignetting. More room below would have been good but I suspect this was a big perch that you were trying to minimize...
