Nice iimage details are good.
i feel the light is a bit harsh, you can clean up the rock a bit by removing the white marks

Agree with Vishal about the harsh light, casting strong shadows, esp. on the eye and under the wings. Strong pose, open bill, talons, all good.
The green spots in the background look a bit odd. Probably just natural clumps of vegetation, but the lens didn't render them well.
Please post your camera/lens info as well as any post processing done on the image.

Other than what the others have said above, I think this could be improved by a little iris enhancement. Maybe boost exposure on the iris about 0.3, and step up saturation just a bit. Overall, this has good composition, and good detail. The harsh light has hurt this image a little.
