This woman in New Orleans intrigued me. Used cutout, ink outline and texture filters plus a small bit of cloning.

Wonderful poster like effect and texture. I like how you have brought all the elements together. Beautiful color and processing. Very artistic!

Excellent work. You created a compelling image. It makes me linger, creating a story around the woman. Excellent use of cutout and ink outline. These are filters I haven't used and I thank you for introducing them to me.

You've a achieved a great look that seems fitting for the subject. Nice composition, too. I'm not sure how I feel about the little bit of fire hydrant (???) in the lower left, although the yellow works well with the blue on the right. In the end, I probably would've left it there, too.

Thanks so much everyone. Dennis. I wondered about the fire hydrant, too, but wasn't sure the trouble to remove it was worth it. thought it might add a bit of iinterest to that story.

WoW! Excellent eye for seeing an image in such an everyday event and transforming into an outstanding graphic. Great use of filters and texture!

This one really works for me. The composition and the PP are very strong! TFS

This is really nice Hazel, I love the illustration look and feel. Super combination of filters to get the look you wanted. Very well done! I especially like the conceptual contrast of the energy drink table and the lady with not much energy, or so it seems. The shopping bag with the red ribbon creates interest - what could be in there?

Thanks Hazel for intoducing me to another set of Photoshop filters I've never used. You have used them most effectively in this image. As reflected in the comments of others, this image wants to tell a story. For me the image shouts, get off your **** cell phone.

Hazel, I'm late commenting but this is very nice - it has such a story to tell and the filtering reveals just enough to get your imagination going. Super image
