    Sanjeev:

    I like the pose, leaf, trail of drops, eye.

    Just a bit tight on the sides for my taste. I would take a bit off the top and add a bit on the side (left greater than right)

    Like the water droplets and reed stem in it's beak. I agree about the crop and the second one works better but would be tempted to take some off the top still and crop it square.

    Hi Sanjeev. The leaf in the beak and the water drops really make the image for me! Also, nice exposure, sharpness, and detail in the shadows. The repost is an improvement on the comp. Well done!
