Hi Vishal, shooting from a boat will always produce good low angles. I like the similar legs positions of both flamingo's together with their extended necks. Looks like you were shooting into the light, and taking off your 2x TC would have given you more space in the frame.

Overall, a stunning image! Great job handling the shadows. The only nit I would pick would be to (if possible) crop a little looser. Very well done!

I really like the identical leg poses and the low POV.
I wish you had a bit more room left and bottom.
This shot would have been amazing if the light had been behind you,
    Gail

Great shot and symmetry, liking the way the light is shining on the pink wings....but agree it needs more space all round

Nice synchronous poses and like the splash in the water. These birds are so graceful and beautiful. Hope to see them some day. Lucky you to get this close to them.
It does feel a bit tight in the frame though. Lots of light, but you handled it very well.

Great shot Vishal, I wish it were mine. I can hear strains of Swan Lake in the back ground.

Vishal, except for shooting into the light, its a great execution. The postures-in-sync has produced an image that one would keep looking at.

    Stuart,
I would have loved more space in this, however these guys normally don't get very close , these got too close to compose, secondly we have manually driven wooden boats with oars which we go with the local fisherman, in that moving boat its not possible to make changes to the position or the equipment,
I guess in wildlife we take what we get, here i did not have the option, otherwise i would have loved a more loose frame making the take off more beautiful

Hi Vishal. I love the action captured here! You have good sharpness on both birds! IMO, the light angle is fine - it adds interest to the image plus rim lighting along some of the edges - and you have plenty of detail in the shadows. Like the others, I think a little more room all around would have made this very strong image even better, but I realize how that was not possible. Very well done!

    Great shot.
Love the identical take off poses, terrific shooting angle, and great background.
My only nit is the light. Wish it was behind you.
    Well done.
