Grasses from Bosque. I used Nik Color Efex Film Effects, Sensia 100, PB, Nik BND and a slight glass filter. I lot of filters to get to a very simple abstract I could crop from the top but kind of liked the lighter grasses up there.

Your lot of filters -- combined with a nice blur and subject selection -- worked very well. I like the lighter top and the darker bottom with more texture. It's a very nice range of tones. If I were going to remove any from the top, it'd only be a sliver.

Interesting action to this one, looks like an underwater scene to me. I can imagine underwater plants swaying in the current. I think the lighter top is fine, it gives a sense of upward motion to the image. Good one!

This is how I imagine a close-up of a poodle would look like! Really like the wavey quality to this and that it is all shades of just one color. The dark areas at the bottom add nicely to the depth of the image.

I like the graduation of colors and the squiggly effect you achieved. Nice!
