    Taken today,on a nice day here in the UK,a bit of poetry,cannon 500mm IS L F4,700MM FL,TRIPOD,7D,MANUAL,f5.6,1/2500s,iso400,cropped,sharpened,comments good or bad,thanks.

    I like the wing position, relative sharpness and color palette. Wish I could see a smidgen of his right eye.

    nice one, lovely wing position and a good bg here, may have helped to have a higher aperture on this one

    Lovely light witih killer exposure and details. It's nice to see the topside of the wing on one side and the underside on the other.

    Sweet bg and habitat, very nice pose and flight angle. Exp and details look great too.
    I'd evict the oof white streak bottom left, but a very minor nit.

    nice wing position and light, good details in this one looks much sharper than the other one you posted.

    love the colours
    wish the head was turned more towards us, and I think you could apply some more sharpening to the head selectively?

    Chris for me this is the best one to date, the colours are just about perfect end the detail is exceptional. I really like the light and the complimentary colours of the abckground - well done!

    Surreal looking creature. I agree with what Marina said about the wings.
