A lovely photo. Very nice complimentary colors and clean bg. Perch is a bit large but full of character. Nice look back pose and lots of detail. My preference would be for bird a bit lower and closer to right side. Good for you. A very set up. I like that bit of red in lower left.

Great colors and detail on this bird. Nice soft background too. The size of the perch in the photo draws my eye away from the subject. I agree with John. Have you considered moving your subject a bit lower and to the right?

i envy you guys who see this bird around , the male is simply mindblowing
I guess i do have a bias on this bird anytime i see a image
This is truly a nice image and the details in the eye add a lot to me
