    This hen blasted out of the snow last weekend.

    D4 500mm AFS f/6.3 1/3200 ISO 800 hand held

    Post: Crop to level frame, selective sharpening

    Excellent details in the primaries. Nice eye contact and interesting wing position. Love the snow on the feet, it tells the store. Very nice BIF image, Randy.

    Very nice capture. Nice wing position. Great exposure. Love the position of the feet. I am borderline regarding the snowflake on his beak.

    Nice pose, the primaries on the near wing look great and the snowy feet are a bonus in my opinion.
