Ritesh - cool shot of this lovely flamingo here. You've controlled the whites well, and I love the muted BG. The composition is also interesting, with the bird having lots of room to look into. I would've preferred more of a head turn towards you, but it looks like any slight turn toward you would've resulted in shadows on the face. This is due to the bad sun angle. It's coming in from the side and it doesn't do the photo justice IMO. It also casts that distracting shadow on the back of the bird. It's a pity about the sun angle though, because the light itself is lovely!
Lovely pose and bg. Exposure is well handled as well. Focus looks good. I am also curious about the sharpening, perhaps a bit too much especially on the neck and I wonder if the added contrast from the light angle has magnified the effects of sharpening.
Nice pose, crop, color and bg, but I agree with Dave - the feathers on the face and neck look a little blurred - perhaps this is motion blur from the rocking boat. The bill, and the feathering on the breast and wings, look sharp.
Agree it may be over sharpened judging by the coarseness of the plumage and halo appearing, but on the plus side.....nicely composed in the frame and it captured the elegance of this species well, backdrop is extra nice being so smooth and subt;le coloring that doesn't detract from the bird itself. I think this works well compositionally but I would also be inclined to crop to a more vertical aspect
