Hi Chris, lovely shot, I prefer the second, gorgeous colours, nice pose and sharp eye clear non intrusive BG.
My pal has had great luck recently with Barn owls - he used a Bag Hide - must get one.

Chris - very lovely shot of this owl that I'm yet to photograph. I like your placement of the owl in the frame as well. I like the pose, however I may have wished for a touch more separation between the face and wing - just because they're similarly toned. Otherwise perfect!

Another lovely flight shot. Well done on getting a nice pose and lovely bg. The light looks great.

Chris, owl looks great, sharp, good light, nice pose. Is it possible to do a tighter crop?

Nice shooting angle and nice flight pose< Chris.
I would run an other round of sharpening on the bird oly.

I actually prefer the first shot with what I feel are more natural colors, another round of selective sharpen on the bird needed though
