    Great Kiskadee

    Workshop: Alamo, TX

    D4, 300/2.8, ISO 2000, f5, 1/5000

One more songbird in flight from last weeks workshop.
Using the techniques in my eBook, all were able to come away with great flight shots of some very tough species.

Spectacular stuff, Alan. Perfect pose and bg. How did you prefocus for an incoming angle?
Loved your new book! Tons of cool and amazing techniques. Had my first visit to the Rio Grande valley last weekend and loved it. Can't wait to go back and try some of your techniques..

Another amazing songbird flight shot. Keep 'em coming. Wing position and stare make this a terrific image. I might have been tempted to move him just a tad to the left, but I'd take this in a nanosecond.

I've only seen this species in Bermuda and will never forget their call.
