Jan:Magnificent image.Beautiful pose,lovely colors,details and nice BG.
Love the feathers on head,nice HA and composition.
Though blurred wings looks good,wish you could have higher SS.

Jan, that is a pretty,pretty bird and you have captured a nice pose.
I feel that the image lacks overall sharpness and there seems to be some noise in the BG.
I know how difficult it is to shoot from a boat. But using a 1DX you could have used a higher ISO to give
you a higher shutter speed and an out and out winner.

What a terrific display!!! Great perch, BG and colors. In a perfect world, I would have liked to see a better wing position but overall a very nice image.
