Beautifully exposed, soft light, the wet rock adds an interesting twist. The greens on the rock are picked up by the green in the waves at the top of the frame.

I could envision a version with a crop from the right, perhaps 1/2 of the way to the end of the rock.

I'm finding this image very appealing. Neat wet perch and the subject posing parallel to us atop of it is pretty cool. I'd be tempted to enhance the reflection in the eye a bit...
