    1D MK4, 1/1600 @ 6.3, 700mm, ISO 1250. EV + 1/1/3.

    Removed a wing tip of a third bird to the right.

    A cute pair with a nice synchronized gliding-in poses. The side lighting works well to me. The bird to our left could use deeper blacks as its eye and mouth are pale and less defined compared to the other individual. I would also try a pano crop by taking some off the top to below the blue patch of sky.

    I see your point about the left bird. Did consider the pano with no sky but wanted to give a sense of place with the mountains in the BG.
