Nice pose and details in the bird. The background having too bright spots takes some away of the image. I would try to selectively reduce the exposure of those spots.

There does seem to be a little competition with the backdrop I feel, but overall it looks great, nice color tones and the backdrop blur is rather nice. The light and detail is about as good as it gets, especially like the eye detail and detail retained in the blacks
