Super Sanjeev. The subject has enough room, the composition is good and there's nice eye contact. I might try a crop that moves the top right part of the perch away from the corner of the image.

Lovely capture with terrific light, colors and pose. What a stunner this bird is. I personally feel the opposite as John does about the perch. I would rather crop to have the perch go right into the corner. It's all a matter of taste.

Excellent work Sanjeev. Love the head turn, catchlight, sharpness and colours of the bird. The diagonal perch is also great. To top it all off, you got a lovely muted BG.
