Default Serpent Slayer- Crested Serpent Eagle

I was on a weekend trip to the leopard heaven in India (Kabini) and returned with more bird images than leopards (the usual with me). This one here is a crested serpent eagle patiently waiting for a rodent or snake to appear and pounce on it with its powerful talons.

This was edited on non calibrated monitor and needs some help from you guys to confirm if the colors look fine or not.

Nice looking bird! It does look a shade dark on my work non calibrated monitor (which is notoriously dark).

I like the pose and the composition, I would possibly consider cloning the fine twigs top right and the heavy bough that goes toward his back, and just maybe increase exposure just a little bit on the bird - just to see the effect.

It does look a tad dark, but that may be attributed to what looks like backlighting and us looking at the shaded side of the subject. Neat perch, good comp and BG. Not crazy about the twigs in URC corner

Looks great on my calibrated screen. Nice composition! Wish the twigs are not there though.
