    I have been absent, but lurking here lately! This Sandhill was created with a Fractalius layer, B&W adjustment layer, adjusted reds and yellow, then reveled the eye. C&C welcome.

    Seems that we need to have a theme of "red eyes". Nice job on the crane! It looks like it is about to say something to you. Love the contrast of the b&w with the eye.

    A beaut Dan, love the frac effect and that eye is awesome......I agree with Kerry looks like he's about to say something, and he isn't happy.

    Dan, I think the combination of fractalius and black and white is perfect for this image. And the eye is gorgeous as is his "attitude". Thanks for sharing

    I really like how the fractalius emphasizes the different textures of feathers and skin. The eye is well done with those fine radiating black lines, and certainly grabs your attention!

    You achieved interesting and lovely effects in the feathers--I want to reach out and touch them! Great job with the red eye, and B&W and the black bg. WEll done.

    I don't have any new comments...I agree with all of the above. The combination of fractalius and B&W make for a very striking image. Really nice.
