    Great stare from this great looking owl, very soft downy feathers (is this a juvi?), captured well - very intricate details
    Could see this with some of the top as IMO that part doesnt add to image.

    Love the intense stare, very sharp, good details on the chick. Not sure what aperture you shot this at. Would have like to see this shot wide open with that lens.

    Really like the intensity of this baby....Great detail, superb gaze
    ..... Just my opinion and not totally sure here, but what do you think about actually expanding the view so the youngster is "peering out"? The "V-shaped" backlight thing is somewhat distracting since it somewhat competes with his head. Excellent capture.
