    Default Weekly Theme: Red Eye

    This was an image I took last summer in western Canada, this Grebe came in very close. I converted it to B & W and then pasted the eye back in. I gave it a high key look.
    Soon I'll have to do a series of high key grebes.....

    Hi, I like this is black and white with the red eye in both the bird and the reflection. I think a high key series would be a great idea!

    Nice one Paul, is that an eared grebe? Of course the red eye is always a standout in these birds, but what a great idea to make it the main subject. Very cool!

    How did I miss this image? Wonderful use of red. Excellent composition. Congratulations on 2nd place.
