    I liked the way this gut was perched,, Pentax K-5, Sigma 500/4.5, 1/1250, f 4.5, ISO 125..

    nice exp. and details. I would desat the sky a bit. shooting angle was a bit too steep here.

    Hi Travis,
    I really like the pose and the great HA. Nice and sharp. I find the tangle of branches quite heavy and drag the eye away so have cloned out 2 of the small trunks to give you an idea of my thoughts. Hope you do not mind.
    I feel this "frees" up the owl and my eye.
    I agree with desaturating the sky and did tone it down a bit. It would look a lot better if I was working with the RAW.
    Another idea would have been to move to your left so that tree trunk not in imgae,

    Great job Gail and I dont mind at all. If I moved left the mountain would of made for a more cluttered BG. I need to calibrate my monitor..

    Magnificent image of eagle,probably just landed.Very nice HA,eye,colors and composition.
    Gail has done wonderful job on branches and made this image extra brilliant.
