    Default Showing her pattern

This is a female Kestrel. I found her sitting on this branch last weekend enjoying the morning sun with hers feather spread and showing her beautiful plumage. I very patiently approached her in my SUV because I did not want her to get alert and fold her beautifully patterned feathers in.

Just lovely, Kiran. The bird is gorgeous and nicely captured; the touch of green puts it over the top.

Great perch, nice background, pretty light, beautiful bird. Looks like you could sharpen the bird's head just a little bit. Overall, I'm jealous. I have barely even seen a kestrel this year!

Gorgeous bird, light, BKGR, use of d-o-f, perch, leaves, over-the-shoulder pose, and head angle. I would not mind a bit more room right and above. All in all, stunningly beautiful.

This is one kick butt image, Kiran. The light, pose, angle, colors...all magnificent. Agree with Artie it's a little bit cramped but either way, it rocks.

Excellent image, great looking bird. As Arthur Morris indicated a little more room at the top and bottom would be nice.
