    Love the shape to this bird and you have a beautiful flowing pose for it here. Love the eye and good detail to the plumage. Maybe a wee bit tight in the frame top and bottom, but still alright. I'm OK with the OOF branch running behind the tail but suspect it may be distracting for some, I would tone it down some though. The one in upper right corner corner should go IMO. Good job with the blacks!

    Lovely bird and pose, and you did very well on your exposure b/c I am seeing a lot of details in your blacks. For some reason I am seeing more details in the blacks around the belly and shoulder than I am on the head. Did you focus on the bird's head or eye and then recompose to make sure and keep the eye sharp? At F4, you would have a tough time getting both sharp at this angle. It seems you didn't have quite enough depth of field (DOF.).

    Hi Sanjeev - nice detail, exp and pose. The intersecting branches aren't ideal but it does look natural. I agree with Daniel that it feels a little tight in the frame.
