Have been seeing a few of these around lately, must of been a good year for breeding Red-brows. Not as strikingly colorful as the adults, but still a nice clean looking little bird I think and i liked the earthy colors.

    Phil:
Simple and very very sweet image.
Love the pose, lights, sharpness, lovely three out-coming feathers and their shadow on the perch.
I am not sure about the perch,if it looking little bright. (may be effect of the new spectacles?? just brought).
    Great Backdrop and composition too.

    Regards,
    Satish.

Hi Phil, love the light, which in turn has brought out the finer detail very well, sharp too. Good angled pose with the wind swept plumage, and I do like your BG. If anything, I would maybe take a bit off the left.

I like the pose, details, BG and composition. I would tone the perch down a bit. Nice image Phil.

    Wonderful shot.
You handled what appears to be harsh light very well.
Excellent pose, very nice background, excellent details, and nice perch.
Agree on toninig down the perch a tad.
