    I took this shot over the weekend. I never get tired of seeing these guys all lit up in their glorious colors:) I used the 7D, 300 + 2X TC, ISO 400, f/9.0, 1/1250. C & C greatly appreciated.

    Looks pretty good, Don. Colors are nice. Exposure is good and I like the comp. You were able to isolate the bird which I imagine wasn't easy. You have a nice catch light and HA.

    Don,

    Thanks for posting and this is one beautiful duck. Curious, did you track the subject and pan the shot? HHing 600MM is a challenge (which you handled well) do you have a tripod or brace the shot against something.

    Jeff, Marina thanks for the comments. I did not mention this shot was taken using a tripod and gimbal head.
