Dosnt get much better than that Arash. Very cooperative individual letting you guys get pretty close and giving you some great frames, this being one of the best of the series. Awesome! Congrats on the Moderator title also.

    Arash:

Lovely bird, neat pose, but it is the light that makes it sing!

I don't mind the brown trunk in the BG, except it intersects with the birds face and stops the flow of the image(the birds movement to the left) for me, and I would remove it.

    Congrats.

    Arash,

Another great Kestrel to add to your collection! Hand-held I assume? Question: when you HH, do you carry the lens on a strap or just hold it by the foot?

I wouldn't have noticed the brown trunk in the bg, but Randy makes a good point. (That's why I enjoy seeing the images AND reading the critiques!)

I don't mind the trunk, it adds to the BG for me.
Fantastic light, I think the bird might look good moved just a bit to the right.
    Excellent IQ as usual.

    Awesome shot!!!!
Terrific pose, wonderful light, and very nice background.
The only thing that takes my eye is that brown vertical line in front of the bird.
    Other than that....
    Well done.

The wings are in a good upward position, beautiful light and colours and a nice unobtrusive background. Its incredible how you have caught such a fast moving bird so well Arash.

Arash, your shot of the kestrel is stunning. I don't have anything else to add more than what has been said, except to say that I have been trying to photograph a kestrel in flight for a couple of weekends now and have failed miserably because these guys are so fast. I have tried tripod as well as handheld, with and without the 1.4X Tcs. Clearly the skills of the photographer is what makes the shot.

The light is the one to die for in this image. Wing position, HA and all are just perfect too... Awesome image.
