Excellent shooting angle, wing position and perfect exposure. Love the fact that the snow has texture.

    Gary:

Another beauty, nice pose, angle in frame, color balance good, nice to see the green speculum.

What is the bit with the ISO. Hopefully not 200 again!

    Cheers

Shoot 200 or go home is what I say. No, it is 500, for some reason it thinks high 5.

Absolutely superb Gary. The techs were chosen just right to get the exposure and to freeze the action. For a framed print on the wall I might the two dark and one light spot about 2 o'clock from the bird's head.

This image really speak to me, love the sharpness, the details, the exposure. I really love how the bird is flying close to the snow so you can show the environment as well.

Gary, I like the downswing position a lot as it adds the color contrast with the snow. Perfect exposure and sharpness, well done.

One of my favorite ducks and captured very well. I shoot a lot of ducks in flight and I can honestly say that the two Pintail shots you posted are as about as good as it gets. Great Job!!

Love the pose and the comp, Gary. Your duck is nice and sharp and there's detail in the snow as well, which I like. Excellent image.

Hi Gary, another great fly by with a good wing position, and he certainly pops from your winter BG. Nice and sharp, and the snow has reflected the exposure nicely. Well captured.
