I really like the sky, the water, and the shape of the bird. With the colors of the sky and bird being so similar, I darkened the bird with a Curves layer and added some brown from the water to separate it from the background and emphasize its shape.

While I like the OP, the re-post by Dennis, while very subtle, adds quite a dramatic effect. Both are excellent interpretations.

You sure do know how to photograph and process dawns and sunsets. For me, the Tern is distracting. Glorious sky and water--shapes, textures, colors, light. Wow.
