    Jonathan:

The white feathers give them so much more pop, and you have exposed them well, with nice detail in both blacks and whites. I really like the head angles here. They are both obviously interested in something out of the frame.

I might consider just a sliver more room to the right because of their directed gazes.

The light and your exposure couldn't be better Jon. Love the richness of those black feathers.
Excellent frame. I'd get rid of the dark blob in the left side of the frame.

Very nice Jonathon...I like the apparent interaction, as if one of them is saying to the other: "I think I see some corn growing over there". Good control of exposure and composition is good. Agree with adding just a touch more space at the right.

Really neat portrait of these two, Jonathan. I am fine with the comp, and I love the way they are standing in relation to one another. Great detail in your blacks, and nice job capturing some irridescence. I like this image a lot.

I really like this frame, especially the poses. You did a great job exposing for the whites and blacks here.

Brilliant detail retained in the blacks Jonathon and you've captured the sheen on the plumage wonderfully. Light is very well handled in this as is the smooth backdrop { yes to a minor tweak to remove the one darkish blob on the upper left } While I can understand the thought of adding a little more canvas to the right in the way the birds are facing, I feel it would make the image too wide an aspect, so well chosen as is I think. I do like the postures on both birds, obviously something has caught their attention, a very photogenic posture

They really are great characters, Jonathan. It is amazing how the 'white waistcoats' makes them so much more attractive and interesting. Superb quality, particularly with the sheen in the blacks.
