    I like this one much better, it puts more emphasis on the owl.

    Craig, I love this owl shot of yours. If it were mine, I'd try to crop tighter to get rid off the distracting stump on the left and clone out some of the small branches. Overall, a lovely image though.

    You did a great job on the RP. The environment looks great and there is better focus on your subject. The perch for me is a big part of the story and I wouldn't touch a thing if it were mine. Like the grass on right bc it helps to balance out the frame.

    I totally Agree with Marina , the photo tells a great story as-is . Yes ,for me the composition works well !
