A plain bird that you have shown very well Satish.
I like the colors of the BG and the raised foot.
The eye is really well detailed.
I wish we had the light you do here in Nova Scotia. I don't think I have ever shot at ISO 200!

    Satish:

I like the exposure, colors and comp.

There is obviously motion blur in the foot, which is fine, but seems to be a little in the head as well.

I might have traded a little higher ISO for a higher shutter speed.

    Cheers

Agree with Randy on the motion blur in the head. When photographing birds, there is really no reason to go below ISO 400, but now that I see the 550D, not really sure as far as that body. Blur in foot works well. Lovely perch and BG. Might consider a tad off of bottom and right. Looks a little centered. Maybe even a tad more on top if you have it.

The comp, perch and pose are gorgeous. The light and bg are killer.
I agree that you were let down by motion blur here.

A nice bird which is not commonly seen. A good regulation image with small improvements points as mentioned by everyone here. Tfs

I too never go below ISO 400 for birds...even static ones as you never know what they'll do next and you may need the SS to freeze the surprise action. I agree with the others, but I want to point out that he perch and especially the BG are fantastic.
