Blacks and light in general is well handled Frank, perfect profile and eye contact with the camera, the finer detail is a real treat for my eye. Lovely soft and subtle backdrop....in a perfect world the broken branch is less desirable, but the bird is still the show stopper .....very nice indeed

Hi Frank, overall, well exposed on this fellow, especially the head. Good detail, and I like the weathered perch. I would have included a bit more perch to have him a little higher in the frame.
