I am down in Ecuador at the moment searching far and wide for fun birds to photograph. I refuse to process images from my crappy laptop though so here is one from Bolivia in November.

Seems like a well named species eh?

    All the best!

Glenn - as I'm sure you know, you nailed the exposure and composition. I especially like the stare and the extended crest.

Glenn - beautiful bird, very well captured. The comp works very well and the beautiful creamy bokeh really shows off the crest.

Exceptionally nicely presented, extra good fine detail and I do like the composition and muted color backdrop.....amazing looking bird for sure

That's one crazy hair do Glenn! And eyes to match. Sweet setting, background and stare down.
