this is excellent Kiran, love the sharp details and the gorgeous BG not to mention the excellent bank position. Did you use a particular method for attacking the kestrel ?

Kiran, This is a beautiful shot with sharpness, details, BG, eye contact, and beautiful, soft light. I know how hard it is to take a shot of a kestrel in flight as they are incredibly fast!

Hi Arash, Thank you bhai and congratulations on becoming the Avain Moderator, you have great experience to share with us. These kestrels was always diving down from medium sized bushes or anthill that they perch on to hunt small insects. I just wait for such movements keeping my lens focused on them. The big advantage here in Bangalore (India) is that a few individuals are quite friendly and allow you to approach and work with them.
