    lovely moment here Mike...nicely exposed too, though I feel you could darken the brights by about 1/3 stop for a bit more punch?
    a trip I would love to do...

    Love the little squawker in the front! Whites for me look good. Like the story you told with this image. The image "unfolds" so to speak.

    Nicely done on isolating the main subjects from the rest of the birds, gotta love the begging/squawking posture on the chick, exposure looks good to me and cant see any room for improvement

    Hi Mike,
    I like the pose of the chick and parent.
    Blacks and whites look great.
    I like the feel of the colony behind the 2 penguins but find it does pull my eye away a bit.
    I like the detail that shows the chicks fluff vs parent sleeker feathers.

    Like the three stages of this image - chick, parent and background birds. Nice sense of colony and like the raised wings and begging pose of the chick. TFS.
