I like the pose, perch and BG, Manos. The bird looks a little dark and I think using Shadows/Highlights to open up the shaded area would be worth a try. Burning in the upper part of the perch would be another option to consider.

I agree with Tony about the pose, perch and background. The only thing
missing would've been the advantage of some fill flash out in the field.
