    Default Diving kestrel

Here is another frame from American Kestrel series. She was aiming for a grasshopper which she grabbed in a heart beat. This bird is the king of speed.

As good as the IQ is and your techs, the only thing I might do, is go a bit tighter with the crop.
Just a bit all around. It is such a beautiful raptor, I think a bit closer look, would look nice.

Another amazing shot Arash! They are such fast fliers that to nail your focus against a varied BG is quite an achievement! I only wish the beak was clear of the wing, but that's a minor issue.

Arash - as everyone above mentioned, this is another stunning shot. Focus is spot on, and (as usual) the detail and IQ is superb. I agree with Doug about the beak, and I agree that it's a minor issue! Keep more from this series coming!

Magic! I like everything, the light the pose and the fact that the bird almost appears to have a quick glance at the camera.
I don't know if you have an image a few frames further on, I wonder if then, the head would be against the grass as opposed to the wing? That is about the only thing I can come up with.

She may be the king of speed but you are the king of hand held flight photography. Super sharp and the perfect wing position.... Scary good.

Another superlative flight shot. I really like the wing position, HA, & the talons peeking out from behind the near wing. TFS.

    Superb as always, Arash

So Grasshoppers? Live, frozen or the canned version (latter sold cooked for larger lizard food)?
