Excellent image of Honeyeater on beautiful natural perch.Love the pose, colors, eye and nice backdrop.
If mine, would tone down the perch little bit.

    Satish.

Nice shot. I like the pose, HA and the perch. Great green BG also. Exposed well and looks nice and sharp. Well done

Nice and sharp and nice pose atop his Banksia bush Greg, light looks really good too....being very very nitpicky here, but a slight pity that one leaf is over his toe hehehe.

We are overcrowded with these in Adelaide nowadays, they have driven many other birds away sadly....they earn the nickname of Adelaide Sparrows quite often, but beaut little birds and glad we have them

Lovely perch, nice looking bird and perfect composition, Greg. The plant los just as great as the bird.

Love it Greg. The pose is excellent and the perch, bg, colors and light are all rich. Terrific image.

I like this lots. The only thing I would do is tone down the brighter parts of the leaves. Well balanced image otherwise with great colours and details.

Lovely bird, composition and colors. Lots to look at here. Agree on toning down the bright spots on the foliage if possible.

    Greg:

Very nice capture, sharp, well exposed. I do agree about toning down the leaves highlights, as the perch is relatively big compared with the bird, and could easily draw our attention away too soon from the bird.

    Cheers

A perfect composition of bird and plant, with a great BG to boot and the bird's eye as main focal point. Great to see more Australian species!
