Very nice timing on this one. Great wing position. This image has just a tiny blue cast on my monitor, which could be caused by the reflections from the water. If you can, see if you can reduce the contrast in the bg a bit. I think it competes with the subject (which is nicely captured here).

Sharpness looks good, as does wing position. I wish the bird was flying towards you, and I'd be tempted to go with a tighter crop.
