    Default Eagle in Flight

This was taken at Conowingo Md. I like the eagle very much but I am wondering how others feel about the white bg. I exposed fro the eagle and the sky overexposed. Is a simple white bg to be avoided?

I think you did well exposing for your eagle and the high key effect works well here. Your eagle looks sharp. Your image appears to be suffering a little bit from the large crop and I am seeing some noise esp on the inside of your far wing.

Nothing wrong with the background. Do you have Photoshop? If so, you
could probably play with sky and try different variations and color combinations
to get it a little more blue.

Bob, I like the image as it is. I have had the same problem at Conowingo, especially on overcast days. I like the exposure on the eagle, the head looks good and the front wing feathers have good color and detail. I do agree with Marina that the back wing seems to have some noise in the wingtips
