    Exposure: overall good. perhaps a bit bright on the throat and whites on the branch.
    Detail: a bit lacking. perhaps this was a large crop or slight camera shake with the low light?
    Light: looks like there was none, so you did the best you could with flash.
    Pose: the over-the-shoulder look back is nice
    background: fairly busy, on the distracting side.
    Composition: the vertical branch on the left . . . I think I would either leave room for it or crop it out altogether.

    Matthew gave you an excellent analysis. Reading it, I can lern from too. Love the bird, the looking back pose, the colours. It seems to me that the head, especially towards the top, is not sharp. Or is it just the colour?
