    Having a heck of a time getting one of these exposed properly. I'm getting some hot spots like they are hit with a flash. Suggestions are appreciated

    Hi Dan, if you are getting hot spots, you should increase your shutter speed, ISO is low enough. You don't mention the aperture, so you need to play with these 3 variable to get the correct exp.


    Remember, one of the blessings of digital is checking the histogram, make sure you have data in the fifth box to the right, without clipping and turn your highlight alert on, although with these colors, it's easy to blow the red channel :)
