Yes, a recycled image from the snow theme! I added some snowflakes in the sky with a brush and then I added a Fractalius layer with opacity lowered to about 35% and added fireworks on top of that and the text.

Really cool ( pun Intended) effect. The sky resembles winter fireworks.
