    Stuart:

    NIce wing spread, leg/foot position. Neat that the nesting material is on the backside of his head. Like the overall comp.

    The IQ is suffering a bit from the crop. Might try a version cropped just slightly looser to see how the IQ improves.

    Love it! Great pose and super exposure, I agree you could reduce the crop and increase the quality, running a fairly heavy NR on the background would soften it just a little more - may be worth considering.

    Agree with softening the BG - perhaps another round of luminance smoothing. Otherwise, great action and behavior depicted.
