    Default White-tailed kite

    Kite taking off

    1DX 840mm f/5.6 1/2500sec ISO 1600 handheld.

you can see large size here, there are some flying bits and feathers as he took off very fast. 1DX 12fps really helps with capturing ideal wing position

    Another beautiful shot.
I love the IQ in the large size.
The flying feathers really add a nice touch.
Nice simple perch as well and a great two toned BG.
Everything to like in this one.
I think this would look nice as a landscape as well
Maybe a smidge more of a head turn-but I am being very critical. You have set the bar so high I have to be picky with you!!

I love the white bird against the two toned BG. Nice IQ as usual. The pose works, mainly in my opinion because of his feet just stretching off the perch.

Excellent image Arash! I like the IQ, exposure, wing position, red eye, composition and sweet BG.

The BG makes it for me, just a great color to go with the Kite.
It almost looks a setup with the almost perfect perch.
    Superb IQ as usual.

Over the top, kick butt take off pose. Love the vertical presentation and the pose & BG, but the kicker are those little feathers.

Man, between you and Conrad you guys have the best kite shots on the planet, oh and Harriers too :) Nice exposure control and great detail. A better HA would be the only way to improve this fine image.

Hi Arash, tack sharp, and very well timed to capture the raised wings on take off. Light looks good, and I like the BG too. The flying feathers are a nice touch.
