This was taken yesterday at a local nature area. I used seeds to attract the Nuthatch. All C&Cs are welcome and appreciated.

Solid image. I like the anchoring of the perch at the bottom of the frame, the snow denoting
the time of year, and the great look at the bird. Looks the like the Mrs. no?
Fill flash at the time of capture would have been ideal in this light quality.

Thanks for the comments and suggestion Shawn. I had a problem with my contacts on the camera and was not able to use the flash. I think I sorted it out now. I believe it is the female.

I like the head pose and perch. I would like to see this with the bird higher in the frame.

Nice look with the snow, It would be nice if it were higher, but I suppose a bit too much perch for that?
Attractive BG to show off the Nuthatch.

Lovely pose of this cutie. Love the background and the snow on the perch, Jim.

PS. Just realized my comments are almost identical to Karl's. Sorry for the repetition

Love this Jim. Perhaps you could trim just a bit off the top to bring the bird down in the frame without adding too much perch? Great sharpness and light.
