    Canon 7D Canon 500mm f4 L IS ISO 400 1/2500 sec f5.6, crop for composition.
    These two pied crows seemed to be in love, the one on the left preened the one on the right.
    This is another image captured at Tanji beach The Gambia, all comments welcome.

    Hi Jon, good low angle, and you have nailed the exposure on these two characters. Both sharp, and I feel the central placement works well.

    Nice story and great interaction picture, Jonathan. Exposure is excellent the details in the black show so well. Composition looks pretty good except, I would added a sliver of canvas to the top.

    Hey Jon, Well done. Killer job on the exposure and sharpness and the pose of the right hand bird is too perfect. All that is quite a trick when you were working 45 degrees off sun angle! Wishing only that the bird on our right had been back a bit so that when it was looking at the other bird the head would have been square to the imaging sensor. Excellent comment by Karl as the general rule: "more room above the bird than below" would have worked very nicely here.
