    Default Walking on water

He's flying, but it sure looks like he wants to be walking on water. I thought this was a neat pose of a Little Blue right before landing on the bank of the water.

It is nice and sharp and a nice pose.
I think less room behind and more in front would give a better sense of motion.
It also could be warmed a tad for me.

    Hi Miguel,
    This is a terrific pose.
I could see this is a pano with a bit more room in front.
I see a couple of darkish smudges above the back x 2 that I would smooth out.
Bird is illuminated nicely and tack sharp. The water color is an an unusual blue. ? does the white balance need to be adjusted slightly

Great flight pose, Miguel. I agree that a tad more room in front might help. I might be tempted to tone down the highlights on the rear leg.

Thank you all for the suggestions. I hadn't noticed all of the cyan in the water until you mentioned it Gail. Dan/Bill, I added room to the left and cropped to a more pano (16:9) aspect ratio.

Nice job on the repost. Quite the amazing pose and I love those feet. Having the head angled slightly away is less than ideal.

I agree on the improvement of the repost. Bird in flight contortions, positions, etc. are often entertaining and this "feet down" image is unique. (I grew up in Gainesville and still drive over to check out Lachua every now and then.)

Great timing, I like the repost very much in terms of colour, but I think I like the composition more in the original, a really unusual image - well done.
